Police officer Garner attempts to unravel massacre of pregnant woman, with fearsome Doberman pinscher figuring significantly. Not poor, but a disappointment. Cast includes James Garner, Katharine Ross, Hal Holbrook, Harry Guardino, June Allyson, Peter Lawford, and Ann Rutherford.

In 1988 Say It Isn’t So hit theaters. Pleasingly un-ambitious Klein falls for the new hairdresser in town Graham. They have consensual sex and then Klein finds out that Graham is his sister. It is a complete flop. Cast includes Heather Graham, Chris Klein, Orlando Jones, Sally Field, Richard Jenkins, John Rothman, Brent Briscoe, and Sarah Silverman.

Adios Amigo came out in 1975. Peculiar western comedy, written, produced, and directed by Williamson, who in addition plays a part in the movie along with con guy Pryor. There is no sex or brutality in this benign flick, but it just doesn’t quite come together. Cast includes Fred Williamson, Richard Pryor, Thalmus Rasulala, James Brown, and Robert Phillips. Sing, You Sinners from 1938. Gambling Crosby couldn’t confront accountability, regardless of jabbing his brother MacMurray. Three siblings with dissimilar interests have a singing act. Can the other two brothers save the day when the gambling sibling bets on a “sure thing”? Includes Wesley Ruggles, Bing Crosby, Fred MacMurray, Donald O’Connor, Elizabeth Patterson, Ellen Drew, and John Gallaudet.

Good Times was released in 1967. Back while the harmonizing duo was still deemed crazy, they made this entertaining little film, with Sonny daydreaming about their possible film roles and he and Cher harmonizing “I Got You Babe.” Cast includes Sonny and Cher, George Sanders, Norman Alden, and Larry Duran.

Ivan the Terrible, continuation of the legend of King Ivan IV, in which he takes on the boyars in a fight for power. Inspiring film is just a hint underneath its predecessor, Banned by Stalin due to arguable illustration of Ivan’s secret patrol, and not released till 1958. Cast includes Nikolai Cherkassov; Serafima Birman, Mikhail Nazvanov, Pavel Kadochnikov, and Andrei Abrikosov.
